Imperial's Market Access Healthcare business in Kenya, Surgipharm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bridget Wachira as Managing Director designate. Her appointment is effective 20 September 2021.
Imperial has joined forces with South African liquefied natural gas (LNG) supplier, DNG Energy, to test the feasibility of using LNG as an alternative to diesel in a pilot that will proactively respond to the drive towards a net zero carbon transport sector in South Africa.
Imperial has embarked on a high-level collaboration with Stellenbosch University (SU) to address real-world problems related to healthcare, as well as climate change in Africa. Imperial recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the University to cement this agreement.
